Terms & Conditions

Payment in full is due seven days prior to delivery, unless other arrangements have been made. All major credit cards, bank and personal checks are accepted. Additional fees may apply. A $25.00 fee is charged for returned checks.

All charges are for time out, whether or not equipment is used. Please choose dates, times, and quantities carefully.

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made prior to 72 hours in advance of event. Refund of 50% will be issued if c cancellation is made 72 hours to 25 hours in advance of event. No refund is allowed if cancellation made 24 hours in advance of event. No refund on special order.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery by Event Party Rentals, Inc. and/or pick-up at our warehouse by customer until time equipment is returned. Please be sure equipment is secured from theft when not in use and protected from weather. 100% replacement fee is charged for lost or missing equipment.

For an additional, non-refundable fee of 7% of the total rental estimate, Event Party Rentals, Inc agrees to waive claims for damage to equipment. Damage waiver does not cover lost or missing equipment or gross negligence.

Items ready for pick-up should be sorted and easily accessible to our drivers. All china, silver, utensils should be scraped free of food and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be assessed for all boxes and crates NOT returned.
