Start by adding all the items you want to your wishlist and submitting for a free quote. Many of our offerings have specialty or customized options, and to get an accurate quote, it can also be helpful to speak directly with our sales team. Icon_minimum

Minimum order for delivery is $250 plus delivery and fuel charges. Any order under $250 can be picked up at our Escondido Warehouse Mon-Fri between 9am and 1pm. Will Call orders must be pre-scheduled and paid in full before pickup date.

Icon_Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to hold rentals. Remaining balance due 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. 50% restocking fee will be applied on orders canceled less than 1 week of delivery date. Deliveries can be rescheduled to a later date at no additional charge.

Icon_delivery

Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services for an added fee. Delivery Fee starts at $200 plus fuel charge depending on distance and timing. Added fees apply for exact time delivery/pickup and late night pickups.

Icon_OrderArrival

Delivery and pickup times will be pre-scheduled ahead of delivery. Client will be notified when our driver is on the way to the delivery location.

Icon_SetUP

We can set up chairs and tables for an additional fee. Setup is included in the cost of staging, dance floors, tenting and lighting.

Icon_ChangeOrder

Client can add/remove items to order up to 1 week of delivery date at no additional fee. Removing items less than 1 week of delivery date may require a 50% restocking fee.

Icon_Cancellation

Client can cancel up to 1 week of delivery for full refund. Cancellations after 1 week will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Icon_BrokenItems

Any items returned broken or damaged will be charged to the client’s card on file. Any items not returned at all will be charged to the client’s card on file. If missing items are returned by the client, a credit will be issued. A 10% Damage Waiver can be added to the order upon request to cover any damaged items. Damage waiver does not cover any missing items.

Yes, our showroom is in Escondido. We can also set up a video call and show you options this way.
